THE INTERNATIONAL SD-MED FORUM The International SD-MED Forum International is presided by the Honorary President of the HQE Association M.Dominique BIDOU. Dominique BIDOU is membre of the Conseil Général des Ponts et Chaussées ( CGPC) and ex. Director General of the French National Council of Sustainable Development ( CNDD). He has also co-founded the SD-MED initiative. The International Forum consists of personalities representing the various International Networks and Associations as well as of the Presidents of our Institutional Partners ( HQE Association , UMAR, EUROPA, SNAL). Agenda provisoire en un clin d’œil 6 Sessions Plénières-Débats (langues: Grec, Français, Anglais) Session Plénière-Débat 1: Changement climatique et Ville Méditerranéenne La session plénière d’ouverture va mettre au point les grands sujets de cet événement, l’influence de la ville au changement climatique et les particularités de la région méditerranéenne. Elle traitera aussi des menaces et du coût relatifs au changement climatique mais aussi des bénéfices pour les affaires et l’économie si on entreprend une action dès maintenant.
